Payment and Refund Policy:
Full payment
for your outing is expected to confirm your reservation. In the event of bad weather (as determined
by Granite Arches), your deposit is transferable to a different
date, or your deposit will be refunded in full if arranged previously.
Clients failing to show up for a reservation will not receive a refund.

Arches requires three easy steps, completed in any order . . .

Choose some prospective dates and confirm our availability by phone,
email, or use the
Online Reservation form.
2) Download the paperwork by clicking
here
and return it to us by fax, snail, or e-mail. You will need the
adobe reader software. Click the Adobe Reader icon to get it.

3)
Pay for your outing
by Check, Paypal, or Credit Card (below).
